Mr. Mohamed El Hehyawi

Chairman

With business and commerce background, Mohamed El Hehyawi has built his reputation as an experienced leader and a strategic decision maker.
Before he assumed his responsibility as Managing Director of Ideal Agencies company in 2004, he had been appointed in several leadership roles in the Oil & Gas downstream sector.

Along his 26 years tenure in ExxonMobil, he had deep exposure to various business functions including sales, supply chain, technical services, planning and logistics.
Mr. Hehyawi’s management style prioritizes employment sustainability, social responsibility and team building where IAC members experience a workplace culture with a ‘family feel’.

Driven by his life long passion of creating and expanding businesses, Mr. Hehyawi had a primary role transforming IAC from a humble startup with 3 employees and limited number of projects to one of the top Egyptian companies in the field of Oil & Gas downstream electromechanical supplies.

Eng. Essam Ibrahim

Vice Chairman

Essam Ibrahim is the vice president of IAC and the General Manager of TOP Services – Qatar. As a top-notch leader and quality & HSE expert, Mr. Ibrahim co-founded IAC in 2004 and has brought great value to the company since.
During his 16 years tenure in ExxonMobil, Mr. Ibrahim demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in several roles including Fuel Terminal Management, Fuel Transportation Management and HSE Management.
Mr. Ibrahim has also a deep exposure to the Egyptian Public Business Sector gained during his metal works and ship building engineering roles in the Egyptian Company for Metal Works and Suez Canal Authority.
Beside his active role defining IAC strategy and developing its business, Mr. Ibrahim is a keen advocate of employee mentorship to maximize staff effectiveness, which had a significant effect on IAC expansion capabilities.

Eng. Yasser El Maghraby

Business Development Manager

Yasser El Maghraby is an electrical engineer, experienced leader and a passionate mentor. He gained unparalleled managerial experience during his leadership roles in ENNPI, the main Oil & Gas EPC company in Egypt. His diversified capabilities came as a result of the various responsibilities he carried including:
• Heading ENNPI’s Engineering Design Department
• Supervising ENNPI’s Procurement and Engineering Equipment Department
• Supervising ENNPI’s Project Management Department
• General Management of ENPPI’s office in USA

Moving on with his career, Mr. Maghraby actively chaired several boards in the public business sector such as:
• Alexandria Petroleum Maintenance Co. (Petromaint)
• Petrosport Co.
• International Pipe Industry Co. (IPIC)
• Oil and Gas Skills Co. (OGS)
• The Egyptian-German Rotor Pump Co. (Ruhrpumpen Egypt)
• PetroSaif Petroleum Co.
• Egyptian Liquefied Natural Gas Co. (ELNG)

Mr. Magraby previously represented the Egyptian government as:
• Undersecretary of the Ministry of Petroleum for Planning and Projects
• Ministry of Petroleum Representative in Euro-Mediterranean Association
• Ministry of Petroleum Representative in African Petroleum Producers Association (AppA)

Mr. Maghraby is currently holding an advisory role to the Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry focusing on National Projects. He is also the Chairman of Cairo for Investment and Development Company. In this role, he led the establishment of the biggest industrial cluster for leather processing in Middle East and Africa.
